Richard Costello has over 30 years of experience in either directly building homes, repairing, or remodeling residential property. It is this type of experience and depth of knowledge about construction that results in a very thorough and detailed inspection report.
The inspection report is a narrative report, with photographs in each section discussing the condition of the home systems and areas. Safety items and significant issues are summarized at the beginning, with the inspection details shown throughout the report.
A typical home inspection takes about 3 hours, and the homeowner or buyer can be present. Customers have online access to their reports usually within 24 hours.
